Refund Policy

Membership dues and/or event registrations will not be refunded.

Membership dues are based on an individual not a company; membership dues are non-refundable. 

Event registrations are based on an individual and not subject to a refund.  If you are unable to attend the event in person- you have two options:

You may transfer your ticket to a future event. Please email [email protected] the day prior to the event by 5 PM to receive a future meeting coupon/ticket.  

OR

You may attend the event virtually if it is a virtually presented event. Please email [email protected] the day prior to the event and you will receive a link to attend virtually. *Virtual tickets will hold the same value as the in-person registration if transferred to a virtual ticket, the difference will not be refunded.
